How are adcs supposed to deal with tabi rushing tanks now? Or bruisers? Or any champion? Might aswell afk until 6 items.
"its just the meta that tabi is being built in every class", so lets nerf % pen into oblivion and NOT adjust tabis at all! What could go wrong!

I dont think its fun for any melee champion to play against darius at almost any phase of the game.
