What if when she ults she creates a small circle the size of her ult aoe slam, in this circle Illaois tentacle damage and healing is reduced to 40% effectiveness but as long as champions go in the circle, tentacles will non stop slap the shit out of enemies. Her W no longer gets the reduced cd and the tentacles will NOT SLAP if Illaoi isnt in the circle.

Enemies die in the first slap making the burst unbelievably high.
You get ccd for so long you never get to slap except maybe once.
The slaps feel irregular as its a slap every 1.2-2 seconds if you land W.
The slaps feel weird as you focus on one person, letting the others leave unscathed.
Nobody wants to get near you and this would solidify illaois zone of threat.
