Velasan3 votesOk so I can understand your frustration... but there is way more anti magic damage itemization than anti ad items. Also, Vlad, Kennen, and Lissandra have always been top laners. Sometimes Swain also depending on the meta.
I've seen far more people complain about Quinn or Vayne going top than Karma or Ryze.
If your goal then is lets have more tanks top lane and no more of the other things have to do more than just buff HP on their items. What else would you suggest?
