NiceTryVi4 votesWhen Ezreal's Q hits something, the game applies 2 different effects. It is a spell, so it applies spell effects, and it also procs onhits. So ezreal can use his Q (which is doing double duty as a spell and an autoattack) to get Kleptomancy procs, and since Muramana works on both of them as well, he gets double Muramana hits too.

The only time Riot will disable a champion is if they are literally broken. As in they either break the game (like a champion DCing everyone), do something so out of left field that even Riot is scratching their heads (old GP's reworked ultimate taunting minions), or are having part of their kits not function (what Riot SHOULD HAVE DONE to release Syndra, reworked Veigar).

On the serious side, riot knows about the double damage proc bug on his Q but just doesnt know yet how to deal with the bug and if the fix can even be applied on a micropatch. im pretty sure disabling a champ is easily doable for them tho...
