One thing I've noticed is that the moment when I rush 
on any AP mage is when everyone is gonna die lol the power spike with this one item is just so insane,as long as the skill cooldowns are reasonably short,its definitely worth buying.
the only tank that doesn't explode is sion/sejuani.

And the most cancerous braindead hypermobile ADC in the game (Vayne) is being buffed this patch.
