This game has to do something about smurfs asap

It's the worst experience in ranked to be destroyed by a complexed coont that has to smurf 'for fun' to feel good, ruining 9 people's time. The gold ELO is full of diamond smurfs that showcase how good they fking are playing with people way below their skill level making games unfun.

It's not fun having one, it's not fun playing against one and should be a bannable offense. I don't fking care about toxic people, but smurfs are the worst.

Now I get it, you have a friend, you play with him,fine me. But the smurfs I'm talking are not even doing or if they do are not really friends.

I'm getting tired of this game slowly mainly because I'm forced to unbalanced games. It shifted so much towards reflex is getting not fun anymore. I'm too old for reflex games, that's why I gravitated towards MOBAs. And now I have to play vs bullies. And it's not 1 in 10 games, is 1 in 3 games. It's an epidemic of high plat and diamond suckers poisoning gold ELO with their attitude and bulling

Phone SMS login. Everybody has a phone nowadays. Even people way in their 80s.

Can they borrow a phone? Sure, but if you make mandatory bi-monthly verification it will drastically reduce the number as you don't want to bother someone every 2 weeks. Can you buy SIM cards? Sure you can, but how many of the current smurfs will do it?

I get they can't eradicate smurfing, but at least something to reduce the number.

Like it or not reaction speed, reflexes, and good mechanics are still very important in MOBAs. Why do you think pro LoL players are typically around eighteen - early/mid twenties?

Either way, smurfing isn't against the rules, and I feel like you heavily exaggerate the amount of smurfs in your games. There are plenty of good reasons to smurf, not everyone who smurfs is looking to bully low elo kids. So, get so good at the game that you can get into Challenger where people can't really smurf anymore, or keep crying about it. This isn't something that's going away, you're not the first person to complain, probably won't be the last.

I dont have a phone right now. And I also dont think there are nearly as many smurfs in gold as you make out. Nor are they half as relevant as you seem to think.

Maybe it's more Eune than NA
