And the reason wards are disenchantable but emotes are not is?

Title,honestly emotes are completely useless with the exception of the thumbs up emote which is useful when top or bot leashes you,other than that not so much. Why cant we disenchant them and are automatically unlocked?

not to mention they can take and entire chest, that could be your whole reward i will be ok if it was some extra chance kind of thing, like champion shard and emote, or skin shard and emote
