Xonra1 votesExcept most of said Elders don't work there anymore, or are working in areas that they simply can't. Most of the older people who did play testing or balance stuff are either casters, working on other projects (Morello), or completely mia from Riot.
Xonra1 votesI'm sure they would if they didn't have so much turnover so the people that learned previously didn't leave in a year or move to some other place in the company where their skill set isn't used anymore.
It doesn't do much good to learn from a mistake then just bring in more people that never dealt with the previous mistake and lose the 1 person who learned. It's why they keep repeating the same friggin mistakes over and over and over and over and over.
It's why you see a different person talk about "fixing our mistakes" or "learning from our mistakes" every year.

I really do not get how Riot does not see they could slow down the decline of their game massively by just reverting the rune system and champion base stats. It seems like the Chinese internet café scene is too important, so they force twenty minute oneshot fiestas down our throat.
I can not take another year of absolute frustration. It is sad, but I guess I will turn my back on this game after six years and spend my free time meaningfully again. I just want my favorite game back, but I guess that does not happen.

The blue plant was a super good addition but the 2 others are gimmicks and especially the red one is pretty toxic.

It made it so that Junglers werent so relient on buying pink wards so much anymore. It was also a good addition inorder to try to achieve comebacks either through stealing the baron or drake.
