The state of devourer and poacher knife

i think that those items are really useless and nowdays not even udyr and ww buy devourer anymore while poacher knife have been useless and outclassed since his release in my opinion the poacher knife should give wards cause it is for counter jungle after like the old lantern while devourer it just needs a little buff cause it is even more useless than the old ff and in those times only the right junglier bought it and wasn't op
