Should get passive bonus MS every level he puts into his ult.
10-20-30% bonus MS.
HE'S A FREAKING HORSE PEOPLE! NO SHIT HES GOING TO BE FAST!

needs to happen
because top lane ignite/tp hecarim needs a buff
no pls. pls.
LOL last game I was pretty excited as we had a top lane heca so I thought we would win he went 2/13 at the 20 min mark ;-;
All you have to do is gank him and it's over. They take TP and ignite so they have no flash to escape ganks. If you stop hecarim from rushing homerunners and TP'ing bot then its basically over. The only times in the LCS/IEM that hecarim was successfully pulled off was with lane swaps or by eliminating the laning phase all together. Once he gets tri force at an early point and homerunners he's scary. Other than that, not so much.
How to escape ganks as hecarim without flash 1)buy 2 wards 2)place in river and tri-bush 3)whenever you see someone coming or if the enemy suddenly starts to suddenly become aggressive use E and gtfo of there
He is also undead. Traditionally slow, less so these days sure. Further he is green and Lee Sin wears red, everyone knows with cars that red ones go faster so...
Or something like a speed boost that ramps up over time when in combat. Sounds cool, but Hec needs no buffs atm.

To his Mobility, yes. But only when put into in as a Passive to his Ult.
Change his current ult so that he ignores minion collision.
He already ignores minion collision @_@
Nautilus has 325 base movement speed because he has the sticking power of industrial adhesive.
I have the biggest desire to make a smurf called "Gorilla Glue" and just play Nautilus now.
I don't know, maybe you should mix it up with Singed now and again.

lee sin can stick better and have the best mobility in the game reduce his base movement speed to 300 pls
Not counting the Q as the wiki gives me no data on the length, Nautilus's entire rotation gives him 3 seconds of CC at 6, and 4 seconds at 18. He also has a 50% AoE slow literally every 5 seconds without CDR. At max CDR it's 3 seconds, that much slow allows him to set up another passive proc and Q with ease. To top all of that off, Lee sticks himself to you. Nautilus can lock down multiple people long enough for the entire team to catch up.
Why exactly are we comparing a CC-heavy Mage tank to a mobile bruiser, anyway?
Sona has 325 base movement speed because she has anchors stuck on her chest.
Don't worry. She makes up for it with her speed buff aura.
... oh wait.
And her heal too!
So much sustain!
So much wow!
:')

*330
They reverted the nerf.
That was a bug and they reverted the reversion. #BetterNerfSona
I still vote for just removing Lee Sin's auto-pathing. You clicked on the other side of that wall to move around it? Nope. Lee's just going to bang his head against it.

Fixed it
Talk about having a skill cap... +1 good sir.
And then Bard, a roaming traveler who bends spacetime to his will, has 330.
:/
To be fair he's got rather thin legs given how much upper body heft he has.
Probably skips leg day.
Well he's a support, and supports never become legendary.
You can't spell legendary without leg day.
Conclusion: supports don't carry because they skip leg day.
corki is slow as hell and hes in a freaking airplane. -.-
It's a Roflcopter, actually, so he can hover in it pretty easily.
Things that don't make sense in league? Why do
and
fly faster after grabbing boots? What do these champions,
and
, do with their boots? How exactly do the boots interface with
and
? Why do Anivia and Corki fly low enough to allow themselves to be hit by people swinging swords?

Then you got the classic:
: "How can I turn Malphite to stone?"
: "How can I blind Lee Sin and Lissandra?" type of situations and so on.
Besides, thematically, Lee can be fast anyway. It still fits. He scorched his eyes out in a self-immolation protest, then he trained after he survived that protest to be able to make his blindness no longer hinder him. Hence Sonic Wave--a move he'd find completely unnecessary if he had vision. So, since he trained to make his blindness not affect him as much, he can run pretty much at a normal pace. It still fits thematically. After all, he was training to be a friggin' Summoner. I'm pretty sure he can conquer blindness impairing his movement.
How do people keep hitting hitting Anivia and Corki by swinging swords?
: Please. Hitting those two with a sword is easy; It's loading it into a rifle that is the real trick.
Type 'hat' in the search bar at the shop when playing Cass or Nami.

Using this logic all adc's would be the fastest since they generally have no armour or wear skin tight clothes.
Giant, armored titan with a heavy anchor
Petite woman in a dress, who flies.
Both have 325 ms, logic means nothing in League.
How does blindness hinder speed??
Firstly, have you seen a blind person irl before? Even if they are very well adapted to there impairment, they still usually move more slowly than a person who has their sight, for the simple reason that it usually takes them longer to react to things. What we all see in our peripheral vision, they usually need extra time to figure out because they rely on sound, touch, and their other senses, which generally require being closer to an object before being able to detect it accurately. The fact that Lee sin even runs at all is either evidence that he isn't blind or that he has magically enhanced senses that are superior to a normal human's.
Have you ever seen Daredevil? Lee Sin is a blind monk, sure. But he sees through sound. His body has been tempered and trained to the point where blindness is more or less an advantage in battle. He's not some normal blind guy walking around with a cane

lol he is the dog is riot
Try running with your eyes closed.
What I mean is, Lee Sin is trained with his blindness, uses it as a weapon. Much like the Daredevil hero, he sees through sound (which is why his E and Q give him sight, as they are sound attacks) and so speed has nothing to do with running if he knows where he's going. Nautilus is slow because he's a huge tanking hunk of metal. which makes sense. But Lee's theme has nothing to do with speed

How does blindness hinder speed??
bump Ow, damn wall.
bump Ow, damn tree.
bump Ow, damn Baron... waitaminute
I swear you people don't read anything below the first comment. His blindness doesn't hinder him anymore because he sees through sound. His blindness is something he's overcome and now uses as a weapon. His blindness isnt an impairment so he wouldn't walk like it
you know those damn walls always makin so much noise...
You know those footsteps making noise, which then reflects off surfaces around him. Basically echolocation. He's Batman
Well batman isnt blind and from my knowledge doesnt use echolocation...bats and dolphins do though
