At least for just 1 jump/dash. His ult is supposed to be an "impassable" terrain but everyone and their grandmother can hop over it these days.

I could see Jarvan stopping hops but still letting Blinks through

Hop over it? Pfft with all the recent glitches with champion created terrain I don't even need mobility, I just walk through the damn thing.

Poppy's ult doesn't stop normal movement. J4 shouldn't do both either.
