Why aren't we allowed to refund skins on champions that got reworked?

Idc about refunding the champion, I mainly care that I spent like $15 on final boss veigar only for him to get completely changed in his playstyle from lane bully/roamer to farmbot.

It's like being forced to buy skins for champions you don't want to buy it for, I got final boss veigar for the pre-rework version not the post-rework abomination.

Mostly because people abused the system.

Whenever a VU or gameplay happen, millions wanted refund and when they did do it, like...70-80% of them re-bought the champ. Some even re-bought the skin they refunded later down the road cause people figured out how to play the new champ.

I don't think that matters, we shouldn't be forced to waste money on a skin that we can't use anymore because we dont like playing the reworked champion.

imagine spending $25 on pulsefire ezreal and ezreal gets reworked into a jungler the next week.

Actually they can...That thing we click accept on every patch pretty much says that they can change the champ anytime and own us nothing.

Then if Ezreal is worked into the jungle then learn to jungle with him. If he is good then no problem.

As for your bit with Veigar, change happens all the time. They already got buffs for him in the next patch and reworks can always happen again. Look at Skarner.
