Mr Carbon1 votesCorki actually had a good set of changes a few patches ago that helped him quite a bit. He's not top tier in bot lane, but he is comfortable in both mid and bot right now.
Swiftstrike41 votesThe hyper carries are all too strong at the moment and they do not have points in which they are weak. E.G. 
are all really strong at all points in the game. Once they get their items they simply dominate.
In general, I think most of the ADCs should be weaker earlier in the game than they are currently. Right now it feels like any ADC with a couple kills is still too difficult to kill in the early game, outside of the ones that are very weak.
Last year around this time is was just Lucian being dominant though and that was really annoying.
Corki is pretty strong atm.
