Guinsoo's has historically been a problematic item.

I'd like to see Vayne gutted as much as the next guy, but it's a step in the right direction, at least.

Rageblade needs to go full stop.

Varus, Kai'Sa and Kog'Maw can be buffed up without it existing.

or they can just disallow guinsoo's from double applying Silver Bolts.

Not saying Riot isn't playing favorites, but nerfs/changes to rageblade and Bork are well deserved and needed.
