He also has one of the most experienced playerbases of any jungler, yet is underperforming and dies often.
Those silly mechanics just keep him from somehow dying even more.

Let him be a monster in low elo. If the stupid mouth-breathing morons don't want to learn how to play against Yi then he shouldn't be nerfed due to their stupidity.
Not that this idea is reality. Master Yi's lowest win rate is in bronze, probably because people there don't play him properly.
