Syndra is completely and undeniably overpowered.

Win rate and ban rate says it all, and playing against her is futile unless your whole entire team is picked solely to counter her. She has absolutely no counterplay. It's hilariously stupid, riot,that syndra's ult isn't blocked by braums shield. I can't get over how incredibly overpowered her damage is and it just completely ruins ranked games right now. In the past few days I have not seen a syndra lose in any of my games. Period. She has no counterplay and is cancerous to ranked play.

Honestly, as a Syndra main, I am deathly afraid of Katarina, Leblanc, Talon, Fizz(!) and Draven if they get ahead.

so champs with high burst and gap closers are counters to syndra ?

Pretty much. Syndra is an immobile mage. Even if she has high single burst damage, it wont count for shit if you cant land your stuns on your target.

I'd have to disagree with LeBlanc because you can use your stun to cancel her dash, if you are able to predict it. if not, then GG.
