Has LB seen any nerfs lately?

I played lb a few times today after not playing her for a while. She feels ncredibly weak. Her q,w early game felt so much stronger and now it feels like trash. And as it gets to late game she falls off extremely hard unless shes 10 kills ahead of everyone. Why? Her identity to me was "watch their life bar disappear" it's exactly what she says. Starting to feel like "now watch me sit here and struggle" Like ffs, im tired of people calling her broken. Her ap ratios im 90% sure are lower than lux's, and lux isn't even an assassin. Like what even
