You know, if its fine for cho to a better assassin than an actual assassins while building nothing but defensive items/health and having a shitload of cc, why cant someone like zed build full tank and be able to do 2000 true damage with his ult too? It would be fine according to the silver balance team logic.

You see a Pantheon? Pick Cho. etc etc etc. You see a tank buster? Don't pick Cho. You see Cho? Pick a tank buster. Cho isn't a problem, peoples failure to champ select properly is the problem youre seeing.

Except you cant pick a tank burster because all cho has to do is stoneplate flash and delete the vayne/kog whoever.
Right now you want to pick cho everytime hes not banned, champ is disgustinly broken.
