I dodge if the enemy team picks Rumble

It's worth waiting 5 mins instead of guaranteeing a wasted 20 mins

I have never had a problem with Rumble.

Is this hate for the champ not soley for his lcs pickrate? lol

Lugg1 votes

I agree. He is a strong champion, but he isn't toxic.

Harrys Nut Shack1 votes

Then you haven't played vs a good rumble. His range, cc, and damage is just to the point where he is oppressive to tons of top laners. Most of the champions who can get to him can't outdamage him, and most of the champions who can outdamage him can't get to him.

Rinky Dinky1 votes

lol No.

A good rumble simply makes you think "Damn, I got outplayed"

Unless your a salty lil shit. Or are brainwashed by lcs and think he is op just because.

Harrys Nut Shack1 votes

Never said he is op, a lot of people believe him to be powerful in lane because he gets access to tons of power before most champions reach their powerspike.

Or, you know, pick this guy Mordekaiser and proceed to get all the farm and duel the damn rat.

nobody knows the power of metal... insert heavy metal music

But Fire beats Steel.

Or is everything I learned from Pokemon a lie?!

A Miss Fortune1 votes

Did you know that Grass beats Bug too?

I can farm against Rumble as Chogath

A Miss Fortune1 votes

Does Cho'gath even have troubles farming against anyone?

That's one of the few champions that I would call freelo.

Harrys Nut Shack1 votes

Marksman are the only counters to Cho I'd say. Kayle's the only mage I'd trust to handle Cho'gath but let's be honest she's a marksman.

A Miss Fortune1 votes

I played Caitlyn, who I'm pretty good with and is one of the only champions I ever 1v5'ed with and got a pentakill with against a Cho'gath. I couldn't poke him because he healed it all back up, and he seemingly outranged me with his abilities. After he hit level 6 he just instakilled me like he does to pretty much everybody and after that nobody could kill him.

I don't even think most Marksmen counter him.

I once had an insane lane against Rumble as Dr. Mundo where I had no idea who was winning. We both killed each other so many times, it was ridiculous.

Fun game.

JustMyBassCannon2 votes

Rumble Oh god, everything's on fire! DrMundo Mundo! Shyvana *ganks* Rumble You know, I'm surprised this place hasn't burned to ash yet. Brand *confused*

IceKingChernobog3 votes

Ashe don't blame this shit on me

Tentacle Love4 votes

Singed "Yeah, you go have fun way over there, I'm gonna farm at your inhib."

Luwuke3 votes

His auto animation is really bad though

Cipse3 votes

I'm completely sure about this (since I'm B3) but I found that Ryze can do well against a Rumble.

When they can't land the ult right its funny lol

Saianna1 votes

Could someone explain me why both enemy AND rumble won't farm?

JustMyBassCannon3 votes

Timing farming with Rumble is a bit difficult, because his Q is damage over time (and half as effective against non-champions), and his attack animation is a bit wonky with low AS. Meanwhile, his flamethrower gives him a lot of control over the lane, and it only gets worse with the harpoons and shield. He's guaranteed to make farming difficult for melee champions.

Saianna1 votes

Ok, Ic Thanks :)

AutoreactiveCD41 votes

Eventually I just say screw it and use ult to cs, it's so worth 2 minions and getting the frustration out.

Sinneli1 votes

Rumble is a lane-harasser. Getting a Wit's End on heavy-attack speed champion like Jax or Teemo will help you win in lane.

But yeah. He can be a menace.

I Miss Cannon1 votes

He's not only a lane-harasser but also a good duelist, teamfighter, tankbuster, he's basically everything. Such a stupid champion, good thing most players just feel retarded playing him because of his VU so his pick rate will probably stay low.

Sinneli1 votes

If there is one thing he lacks, it's sustain. Spellvamp doesn't work too well with him because minions take less damage from his Q.

Rumble has the ability to catch up even when he is behind, and his teamfight potential is insane due to his AoE attacks dealing massive base damage to begin with.

But get a champion with high waveclear and good sustain and Rumble will have trouble having some good ol' Bandle City beatdown.

Why wouldnt you just take Darius and trash him into next week all game long??

Why wouldnt you just take Darius and trash him into next week all game long??

Problem there is equalizer will still be infinitely more useful than darius could ever hope to be come mid game.

Only Play Darius1 votes

Nasus doesn't really care. He just rushes magic resist and farms anyway.

The only champs Nasus is scared of are the ones who can chunk 50% of his health in one rotation at level 3. Like Darius Riven Fiora Renekton Pantheon

Sinneli1 votes

Actually, against Nasus, Rumble can rush Mpen. Usually Liandry.

Rumble is rather deceptive on his damage. One minute he's harassing you with a bit of damage, the next he's doing tons of damage for some reason. You'd be surprised at how much harass Rumble can give Nasus to deny farm by lowering his health bar. He can slow to buy time as much as wither is a pain in the butt, shield to negate early damage (because Q isn't that great without stacks), and continue firing away.

Harrys Nut Shack1 votes

Manaless mages beat Nasus. They not only harass from a distance with no counterplay (except just losing tons of CS), they can do it continuously, faster than he can lifesteal. This is of course true only until around level 11.
