Penetration, especially flat penetration, is meant for assassins, or atleast was supposed to meant for assassins. But not a single one has scalings with said penetration. So should assassins gain scalings, or added bonuses with penetration when they build it? This way you don't have to buff the whole stat just the people that use it.

Zerenza1 votesWell, first, flat armor pen doesn't help kill tanks, news flash. Second, yes assassins SHOULD be able to kill squishies, but not when they have an effective 3000 health and deal MUCH more damage to them back that is completely unavoidable.
