Players who dodge a lot in ARAMs and ARURF should be banned from the gamemode

You are there to have fun in a less than normal environment. So if you dodge more than 1 game in a day, you should be banned from that gamemode for the rest of that day.

The behavior is toxic but one of the main reasons this exists is because Riot keeps trying to do too much to control our gameplay experience. People want the freedom to choose the mode they can play. Instead we get forced into All Random mode, which probably 50% or more of URF players hate. Why do we only get the one choice that Riot lets us have at any given time? A solution to all this is introduce options into Custom Games so people can go there to make Poro King, URF, Ascension, and in addition to special maps, be able to choose what mode they want to play. Blind Pick, Visible All Pick, All Random, Draft Mode. Why does Riot seem so opposed to customizing your own experience?
