I can't stand level 30 accounts in gold/silver.

Literally a level 30 account, is never a new player. It's a TOXIC player that decided to make a new account, because his main was temp banned.

Can we raise the minimum level for ranked, to be level 50? Like a prime status without actually having a prime status. A new player at level 30 sucks and is usually Iron. We don't. Need. Them. In. Silver.

We could ban the entire league community, only to have them hop on smurph accounts. Ranked matchmaking is utterly disgusting right now.
