Jhin definitely has some extreme range skills, but so do many others. His root has a delay on it, easy to see. If you arent bogged down by minions you can easily run laterally. His ult doesnt give him sight. so unless he wards the area he is about to bombard then he is shooting in the dark. and if you get close to him during his ult, he is unaware of close range targets generally. all that range, youd focus on making that long shot. While yes he does get to have extreme AD, he has a fixed fire rate and reload rate that can not be improved besides by levels. Yea, its insane damage when he lands his root and 4 shots. but a quick fire or a teleporter can easily counter him, and theres plenty of those around.
