Tormentula1 votesRanking up her W increases its range, MR shred, damage, CD, and charm duration.
Ranking up her E only increases the base damage.
W max 2nd gives a lot more, however a lot of eves are doing E max just because they don't always have the time to windup their charm when they're in a 1vs1 situation.
