She just ults whoever she wants to blow up and they pretty much cant do anything and get destroyed

If you are the one ulted: You stood to close to her or her claw path OR she burned flash. You have to trust your team to take care of her as she can't ult herself at that point.
If you are not the one ulted. Try to dodge the AoE, there is a small delay between the stun and the AoE damage. Otherwise take her down because you are not the one who was ulted and her abilties are on cooldown.

This exact same problem comes up with many champions with a big teamfight presence: Amumu Fiddlesticks Fiora Gnar JarvanIV Malphite and so on and so on. Lissandra is different only that she has a HUGE blink available to her, but if you watch where her claw is you can still avoid her or even set-up a round of chain cc when she blinks.

Amumu needs to either land a Q or flash ult, you can cleanse his ult/reduce it with tenacity Fiddlesticks needs to be fed to be effective, its a pain but can be played against Fiora walk into a bush and her ult stops or item 3157 Gnar item 3102 item 3111 item 3139 fight when he is mini? JarvanIV he is a tricky pony but since mobily champs are played, use the mobility to get away? Malphite

lissandra has a DASH you can cancel it if you disable her before porting, she will not move if you do it and is disable after the claw disspears

Pls stop. Lissandra is fine. One of the actual balanced champions in this game who has real strengths and weaknesses. If she blows ult on your team its probably because her team initiated on you instead of the other way around, which means she now can't ult herself which means she's squishy as fuck and probably has no E to get away. So kill her quick. I get that Zhonya's is annoying but thats really more of an issue with the item than Lissandra's kit.

item 3140 summoner 1 item 3111 item 3139 item 3172 item 3222 its a stun, not supression, you can reduce it and counter it, if everything fails and you hate to waste gold on that, get cleanse
