This ones here is the biggest riot fail ever!...i just wonder if they have PBE or not to test things...
This ones here are champions that riot nerf them again and again and again and again and they are toxic to play against or they are complete useless...which again make you wonder do they even test champions?

(In my opinion) Ivern is a good jungler,he had been ever since he came out,he just has a unique play style.Ryze,,,I would say Yes he was kinda a fail,Riot reworking him How many times? And Kalista ADC has i believe the highest Win rate right now.Its not riots fault that players who play those champs are Toxic! Azir isn't that bad,he is just difficult to play and almost impossible to Master,he is getting a rework pretty soon :D (I used to main azir at the beginning of season 7 so I'm happy :D). So most of these champs aren't fails at all,and work well and like there supposed to,Most of the champs to listed are Hard to master and learn.so only 2 of the 10 you listed are fails.but Riot keeps improving and marking the game fair and fun,

Kalista design is BAD and her passive should have never exist in this game...its not about win ratio..kalista was broken..if she come back then she would get nerfed again...back to 40% win ratio simple because her kit is so toxic that it should never be good SAME AS AZIR
So that why riot gut them down to 40% win ratio because their kit was str8 up broken with 0 counterplay
So that mean that it was a massive fail design

He needs his E nerf from 7.5 (which made his cooldown scale with levels, which turned his laning into "laning") reverted.
And go from there. I think he is salvageable.
