Edit Vayne Q is getting nerfed no longer can crit (and the double W is bug confirmed by a rioter) she get some other stuff which are stupid but seeing the backlash probably they are gonna be reduced

Draven is going to get nerfed confirmed

Cinderhulk was nerfed, that affects all jungle tanks.

It wasn't a huge nerf, but it does slow them down a little.

Nah dude Akali is shit rn in mid because 80% of the people that fight her harass her out of lane with poke and wave clear (Which she has no wave clear and her poke is a joke) the only advantage she could have against most mages is the ability to jump on them but even thats telegraphed and easy to combat. She only has 1 direction that she can go so using your spells to counter her assault is easy.

Why are you complaining? It does nothing. Riot does this on purpose. Their balance team is full of low elo and bad players, but they're not idiots. It's not hard to tell these things are busted and anti fun.

The reason they won't do anything about them is because of $$. IF the meta was the same always then a lot of these meta slaves (there are a shit ton of them) would never bother playing champs like Sejuani which is braindead and boring. So what does riot do? They make certain champs overtuned on purpose so they become meta for 2-4 patches so more people pick them up and hopefully buy some skins. They purposely change the meta. No point in bitching about it. People are too stupid or blind to see it.

Gragas is in high elo, dude has over 18% pick rate there. Besides as a Gragas main I can tell you that he is busted atm, I don't know how the hell he has that low win rate for the things he can do.

or they want her to be permaban in order to gut her and then rework her

or perhaps some riot yasuo main on the balance team has lost it and is making everything broken to the point where 10 bans have to be spend on things that aren't yasuo

Statistically Gragas has pretty low ban rate, his win rate isn't high too to be actual free win, only the popularity is out of hand though I agree that he needs nerf. Zac on the other hand is in OK spot after his last nerf (to be honest he is underpowered but he deserves it for being such a bad design) no need for further nerfs.

I don't disagree, in my comment I wanted to say that those stats are OK for the kit he has currently. Champion can't have damage, CC, tankiness, lack of counterplay all at the same time and have decent winrate.

The only time people are going to do that is if your jg is trash and you don't know how to punish a support for building no wards / no defenses in lieu of that item. Until it's finished, one item gives some mana regen, 10% CDR and 8% shield/heal power, and the other gives a small amount of MS with 30 AP. Coin is usually used on someone whos either not poking or passive, regardless of which, you should punish them when they walk up to get their coins. No game in decent elo will have someone do this unless they've already snowballed their lane, in which case you're screwed anyways regardless of the enemy support having an ardent censer
