Katarina is only FOTM at the moment because you have nerfed EVERY SINGLE ONE of her counters ( except fizz ). Talon and Kassadin could shit on her face so hard that was not even fun. She is not OP and has no kill potential without her ultimate on a 1v1 early game. Rito please 90 sec is way to much to a channeled spell like hers that can be easily stopped.

But Katarina will be fine, this doesn't affect her gameplay, only how often she can act.
