Am I the only one who thinks Poppy is overpowered?

Seriously, since poppy's rework I've seen a poppy do badly maybe 1 out of 20 games shes played. She has insanely high damage all throughout the game, great mobility and utility with her W, but her armor and magic resist bonus is what puts her over the limit. She is always the tankiest and hardest person to kill in the game despite only have a Cleaver, another offensive item, and maybe 1 defensive item. Enough of this crap of making the tankiest people do the most damage.
