elise or viktor?

full ap elise is broken this patch

they can nerf either of them anytime they want honestly. i think elise is a good jungle viks a good mid

"will they nerf elise in the future?" is no offense a dumb question after seeing her jumped from 43% winrate to 54% in an instant after the buffs and instantly ban while being the top 10 highest ban rate

Elise will get a nerf, but it'll probably take a while until Riot finally decides to do so. The way she is atm is just oppressive. Viktor is also strong, but he's way less oppressive. I doubt that he will be nerfed.

The question is... How hard will she get nerfed? Like Ryze? Or like Sejuani?

She should get nerfed, but really her 54% may be misleading. She's almost a new champion at her past playrate, except there are already mains out there from the past. She may adjust some once people figure out how to play against her again, but I have my doubts. She probably will see some cuts.

That said, this implies mid Elise vs. mid Vik, I assume. I never liked mid Elise because there is basically a better mid version of herself already: Fizz. He has better quick burst, slightly more mobility, more fluent invulnerability, more reliable %HP missing damage, reliable AoE damage, and actually has a defensive passive on him, all at the cost of a reliable harass, which only means so much when Fizz has that much mobility. Figure out his mana issues, and I think Fizz beats Elise by a landslide mid. Elise should be a jungle, or maybe a counterpick top.
