Can Karma ult be integrated into her passive so she can get an actual ult?

What I mean is her passive should empower her next spell after every X amount of seconds. She will still have the CDR per spell tick and basic attack.

I just feel the same effect can be done automatically without have to was a skill slot on it. This way she can actually get a spell for her ult. Something that would make her more fun to play
