Once in a normal draft, then in ranked flex (I guess no protection for different queues).

I don't get it. ADC is a popular position. Support is normally the autofill...

I queue top/mid btw.

I wish I were that lucky. I queue Mid/Top and get autofilled support. I have a grand total of 10 matches as support in over 2 years of gameplay. Of those, I've only won 4. I feel like I do everything I can to block damage, and assist the team but it isn't enough. Thus the reason why I like mid or top. You feel your presence does something, whether good or bad.

I used to get autofilled support. These last two games are the first it has been otherwise. ADC both times.

First we also had an autofilled jungler. Who went Lux jungle, because he was set on trying out the new skin. Thankfully all 3 lanes won (I at least used to be an ADC main, although all the credit is on the morgana support who literally had a 95% hit rate on her Q).

Second the mid laner offered to trade me lanes, then he proceeded to carry as Vayne adc. Sweet deal. Both games were really exciting too.

I agree, much better than being filled support. I just go Leona - she used to be my go-to pre dynamic queue. In your case though, I'd recommend picking up Janna or Alistar. Janna because she's super passive and thus pretty easy to learn and at least do okay on, or Alistar because he has excellent peel so even if you lose lane you can disengage fights all late game and peel for your carries. For someone that's not a strong playmaker, I'd say peel is the most important part of the kit (you'll instinctively know when it's needed defensively rather than needing to be able to see offensive opportunities).
