What if turrets had increased attack speed?
By about 20-30%.

Then games will take longer, possibly the same time span as S5 and back since now-a-days S6 games are more snow-bally and short.

It will make dives riskier. It won't make towers harder to take down.
The early snowball will be pushed back in line a little. Everything else would be just as fast.
I said possibly

That's still enough to delay the game a fair amount. And that wont' just affect tower dives, That would make towers clear minions a lot faster, which would make pushes that much harder.
The only way you could nerf turret dives without changing the above statement is to increase their warmup and Heatup damage. I might adjust the one that does not fall off when turrets switch targets. That way, it would make Juggling turret aggro a little trickier.

Its not "a lot faster" its an extremely slow speed gaining 30% speed. The biggest factor in towers going down/not going down still revolves around numbers, ADC, and waveclear. Attack speed wouldn't change this. Juggling turret aggro SHOULD be 'trickier.' In actuality, it would add clarity due to it firing faster when in range. I can't tell you how many people underestimate turret range by a small amount simply due to the huge delay on firing.
