I thought the whole point of giving her her superpowerful cougar form to follow up on her spears was to make up for the damage nerf to her spears long ago. Well, clearly it wasn't good enough because I just witnessed an enemy nidalee spear STILL 1 shotting an allied Ahri. Seriously I know you can dodge them, but getting hit with a skillshot should not mean instant death, especially when it costs practically nothing for her to throw it and it has a short ass cooldown. Even 2 shotting with those spears is absurd.

That nid must of been AP... in which case Ahri more than likely did not have any mr... it is supposed to be survival if you build something against it, squishy targets WILL die, and SHOULD die to almost eveyrthing in 2-3 hits.... unless they build armor or health.

Edit : Ahri had armor but no magic reiisitms, nid had magic penetration....

What nidalee doesn't build AP? Nidalee's spears do not need to do as much damage as they do, she has a ton of other things in her kit that make her useful. Sitting in the fog of war and one shotting someone else who has actually been playing the game, and doing rather well too, shouldn't be part of the game.

I have trouble believing she got one shotted.

Best chance of that would be when both were lvl9 or 18 w/full items, let's look at math to see if she was actually one shotted or not.

Level 9 base damage 450 +120% of AP, Ahri had 1114 hp and 43 MR at this point, if Nidalee item 3285 item 3724 item 3020 at this point and echo proc'd, then 550 + 135% of AP, at roughly 237.01 AP brings us to 867 damage before MR quite a bit off one shotting and would take another 180 AP to one shot here before MR is applied and I doubt Nidalee had that much at lvl9 unless she was insanely fed.

Let's look at lvl18 based off build of Nidalee she had about 395 AP and Ahri has 1874 HP and 49 MR, so again 550 + 135% of AP, brings us to 1083 damage before MR again no where near one shooting. She would need another 585 AP to do so....

So please tell what phase of the game the ahri was supposedly one shot'd as she was likely not as 100% hp at the time and thus not "One shotted".
