I agree with Riot dropping the ball on this one, some of my favorite features of the Old Feral Warwick were those broken chains hanging from his hands (NOT NICKELBACK STRAPS), and that sick bloody scar on his back (which is now gone). I don't understand why Riot would do this to a great skin. Also, His claws are so small compared to the other skins, that green fridge on his arm takes up almost all the space.
Riot, please take a look at the youtube video and look in the youtube comments, many people are saying they dislike this.

I understand that this is supposed to be Prisoner Warwick after he escapes singed, but why does it have to take over a Legacy Feral Warwick skin instead of being an entirely different skin? I want the chains and the big body back.
I paid money for this because this skin was the closest to a werewolf. Now it's really just a recolor. I feel like I have been scammed which means, I doubt I'll be buying any futures skins again. You burned me once Riot. Not again.
what a huge bummer.... i loved this skin now it looks like sht really. i seriously thought this was a chroma skin. theyre so smart they made the 520 skins look waaaaaaaaay better so people would buy them. just look at tundra WW.... thats insane for a 520 skin everything about that skin was changed including some epic blue particles and his eyes when he runs wow...... looks NOTHING like the tundra skin now. feral is 975 and nothing changed at all other than the thing on his mouth that u can barely see.

I loved Feral Warwick on the old model. It was the only one that really looked truly beastly whereas the others, with armor or somesuch, retained a measure of humanity.
I'm really not a fan of the ripped up 'asylum outfit', or what they call it. Though I have to say the cage on his face is kinda cool. Then again, in my head, the Feral Warwick kinda fulfilled the fantasy of this being Warwick's natural state. Like he could really be this terrifying without much of the enhancements. And somehow the brown fur just looks really... Docile? Like a house dog, for real.
And they could at least make the spell effects green (Like on his fear explosion, like Tundra Warwick's is blue white and Firefang's is orange red). I mean, Feral Warwick is a Legacy 975RP skin. If they don't change it to be more badass and satisfying, I might just want to buy the Tundra Warwick instead which has kickass blue effects on just about everything even though it only costs 520RP.
I really hope Riot dials back on that one. Feral Warwick could be so much more.
I actually expected Feral Warwick out of all the remade skins to look like a "natural" wolf instead of that Asylum Breakout it is right now.

It's like riot couldn't decide between 2 different models for the new default Warwick skin so some one suggested they just color 1 brown and slap the feral tag on it. Both are the exact same thing when it comes to a man being experiment on and then breaking out. This is not what "feral" means. common rito.

I always saw this skin as his primal roots skin. That maddening beast that, when first trasformed was at his most savage and chaotic nature. This new skin resonates none of that feeling and makes me feel he escaped from an insane asylum as opposed to giving in to his primal instincts.
Riot could simply reclassify this as a hextech or asylum skin then make an actual feral skin for those of us who actually dropped some coin for the original skin's concept. At least all the other skins, I feel, kept the soul of the originals. none of the other skins feel so completely alien as this one does. It's a complete 180 away from it and looks completely wrong.
Yep I am also dissapointed at this one, it was my favourite now it isn't anymore, Grey became my favourite because that is the closest one to a real werewolf now. With that said I would like to leave a suggestion if it is worth anything.
Considering that with the rework Warwick's right arm must always be different and he must have something on his back because of the W, my suggestion is the following: Warwick is all brown without clothes only some rags around his waist like before, his right arm is slightly bulkier and has chains around it (similar to the old version but only in the right arm), and in his back he can have a scar like before, but now the scar is much bigger and glows with the W active. There ya go, the skin keeps what riot wants, stuff on his back and right arm because of the abilities while still keeping the traditional werewolf style we all want and like.

Not to mention the FireFang looks like a fox in the Maraurder armour.. Where the old one was actually a fire wolf. Bad ass.
I love his new abilities and not all skins are bad, the character model has improved but I am really sensing that no heart went into this and was more rushed.

Completely agree. I loved this skin when I first bought it a few years ago, even if some people labelled it as a recolor. Feral Warwick in essence was a bulkier and wilder werewolf theme and I couldn't get enough of that, whereas this seems completely unrelated to its name. (A psychward, really?) The default skin is more similar to what Feral could be than this...
As a suggestion, I clearly remember Feral Warwick having arrows on him - the thing on his back could just be one of those arrows, simply stylized similar to Grey Warwick's sword. I'd also like to point out that this is marked as 975 RP but Tundra Hunter's effects change more. Rito pls.

All the same, I throw my ballet in with the general sentiment. "Feral" looks more like "Prison Break." Skin really misses the mark. (>_>)
i say they remove all this junk technology from his back and claws. add some arrows and his blood mark on his back instead like if something were hunting him down. on his claws he could have something like wolverine before his his metal claws. BONE CLAWS give him that wild wolf feeling.... keep those awesome chains like if someone was trying to restrain his inner beast. on his mouth he could have some kind of broken mouth restrain, why because its feral ww he will bite your head off. for his particle effects.. simple.... BLOOD alot of it. man imagine how cool it would feel having feral ww running on 4 legs hunting down someone with your ult. people would buy that skin just for that purpose.

I agree old feral ww was my favorite skin .. It had the looks of a wild and out of control animal ofc terrorizing outside on the nature not captivated on some lab .. I don't like the new one .. It's a shame since I have this skin and I bought it because I loved his old aesthetics .. In my opinion not a good skin anymore really..

I agree with this 1000% please keep feral warwick feral....I was quite proud that I got this skin before it went legacy, now its one of the worst skins he has. At least in my opinion.
When I saw the pictures of the skins without the names, I thought this is some new hextech skin lol.

Actually, there is lore behind that skin... in fact that lore is really similar to the new lore of Warwick. The lore of that skin is that someone from Zaun used Warwick as an experiment... so, that explain why Feral Warwick looks like that in the VU
I do so agree! Sadly in EUW this things isn't much discussed. But there do exist some dudes like me and others who agree with u and the others here.
I was so proud to get this skin a few years ago, waited 4 fu years for his rework. Than someone of riot said he like the new feral skin the most. I was so hyped of it.
And than we get this; a asylum-themed skin with squirrel-identity.
In an objective way this skin looks cool, but in a subjective way this skin sucks cause it doesn't look feral, wild, medieval in any way.
There are so many creative ways even explained here in this thread how he should ve been - and I hope he will be.

totally agree. I bought the feral ww skin because I love traditional werewolves and they went and made ww a steampunk werewolf and the one skin I had hopes for looks like the normal ww with a helmet
Old feral WW really wasn't much of a change from the base model. The new one has a different claw hand, a broken muzzle, and a ripped up straight-jacket.
