I played through 4 like... twice. Unwillingly the second time because the first time right at the final dungeon I lost all my save data... I was disappointed that I didn't get to fully beat it so I played through it again and eventually got to the end. Atm I'm playing through 6 again.

Why is he the most badass? he doesn't technically put any effort at all.. he doesn't even have a correct personality he's just a joker clone. He's crazy? so what.. and the game's plot is heavenly watered down to make him win. The point where he actually "wins" was extremely forced in the story line. I mean think about it, magic didn't work there right? so why didn't your samurai, lancer, barbarian or Karate master kill kefla and the emperor before anything? If anything why did they even trust the empire in the first place after they tried to use you the whole game? wtf is wrong with that plot.. there was just nothing better at the time so people feel like it's the best.

Well Vel'Koz was a new champion and he has no mobility. Hoping more along the lines of that.

Braum has very limited mobility and he is pretty balanced now too.

Bard sounds like either a mage or a support... not really any high-mobility supports yet... so probably will be the millionth champion "defined by mobility".

I have a feeling that Riot is going to do the unthinkable and actually have no mobility (and they already confirmed that the next few champs would NOT have displacement abilities). Then I'm going to laugh when they are confused why he/she isn't as viable as they expected... OR they completely overload the kit in every other way and it is still mind numbingly broken...

I was put the picture of a recently released immobile but overloaded champion... then I realized that every champion recently released has mobility except Vel'Koz.

Well after Vel'Koz was released I remember a rioter working with the balance team that got asked if he thought the champ could become a competitive pick and he straight up admitted that he didn't think so because of the lack of mobility. So it seems more to be the case that they are fully aware but have no clue what to do about the situation so they are just rolling with it.
