well doing 10% bonus dmg to champions with more hp is effectively the same as attack speed in a lot of ways. not sure why theres so much hate on this idea.

yes it is, you want people to complain more about tanks not being able to do anything because giving adc more sustain ontop of the armor penetration is a bad idea. chances are they have a item 3072 or item 3153 or working towards it with a item 1053, we don't need more lifesteal.

your forgetting its ARMOR PEN and life steal, i think your really undervaluing how strong both of those are in tandem
