All champions should have the ability to move through minions and pets. The pathfinding is nowhere near good enough to allow the benefit only to Kassadin, Fizz, and the champions who can effectively purchase Phantom Dancer.

It really sucks to get pathblocked by your own voidlings and ally minions.
