Can we PLEASE make cloud drake DO SOMETHING for champs that dont have ults?
Honestly this dragon just feels like a stealth nerf to champs like udyr and elise etc... Make it do SOMETIHNG. it's especially lame when cloud is the third drake.

I do believe it actually does reduce their R's cooldowns.
Make Cloud Soul give Udyr a massive speed boost on every Phoenix Stance so he's OP. He deserves it after going this long with an ultimate skin but no visual upgrade and kit rework.
It gives them the 10% movespeed, so it actually does something, just not as much as other champions.
