So I've been playing eve on both live and PBE and I think she's perfect where she is on the PBE

New runes feel nice ( I personally think eve was designed around them and not the current ones, because hot damn ultimate hat is so good for her ult CD issue) Buffs to Q and E don't feel overbearing, and help her feasibly push out side waves if needed.

Ult doesn't need changes, charm also feels fine tbh with those previously mentioned changes it evens her out.

She has so much access to different movement speed enhancements with the new runes as well.

Topping it off she doesn't reset passive on minion aggro.

ONE THING THOUGH. E causes champs, and camps, to get stuck physically to her hitbox and jank out. Please fix this.

EDIT: I figured out I'm a dummy and that's caused by charming someone in melee range.

Have you been running Predator on her for the extra engage?

Electrocute just gives you that nice Zap and consistent burst ya know?

Predator is nice for gap closing reliably but you lose a lot of early upfront burst from electrocute. It's definitely ok but comes with drawbacks.

I mean, that's kind of the goal with the new Runes isn't it? They all have high opportunity cost and most champs have several they can opt into.

Of course! It does make catching out single targets a breeze for sure, and the ganks once you get boots and echos are crazy with it.
