Obviously they do since you're completely ignoring the top 5% of Riven players who know how to animation cancel, which completely breaks the champion, and is the reason she was nerfed in the first place

Because her playerbase has among the highest average experience with her, in a meta that's favorable to her, and has a 49% winrate. It's the combination of two things that should favor her having a high winrate combined with her very much average winrate that's important, not merely the winrate itself.

Its complete shit because the norm would be 55-56% win rate for anything about 100+ games. 49% is pretty shit.

If you're referring to her animation cancelling, that's not really a bug anymore because Riot has adopted it into their vision of her and canonized it as a part of her kit and playstyle.

No, don't be dumb. If you're literally cancelling an animation, it's obviously NOT intended. That is NOT the same as an attack reset, which ARE intended. Any other champ that does this is bugged, and anyone who uses this on other champs is banned. Why does Riven and Riven mains get a pass?

Intended originally or not it is not is irrelevant for something that Riot is well aware of and has not shown any interest in removing.

Same thing goes with wall hoping which was actually possible to do in season 2 (I was shown it late season 2 by Azurlite) but really freaking hard to do especially consistently and limited to all of about 2 walls in the game. A change in the game's coding made it easier and so Riot decided to make it a easier to use feature of riven's kit.

Except that's it's something that high level players abused for years to their advantage?

Think hard. Think back to prerework Gangplank. Why wasn't his self-CC removed on ability use? Because it was a change that make too much of a difference at high level play and would have minimal impact every where else. This is Riven's animation cancelling. This is the double standards I'm talking about. This is what I want answered, not just given a "this is how it is" wave of the hand.

She was not designed around animation cancelling. It is a bug, but the only reason that Riot hasn't removed it is because they feel like it fits well with her theme and gameplay.

High skill floor champion has average win rate nothing new. They literally did buff her when her win rate was like 47% during tank meta early this year.
