Item that speeds up channeled/dot spells but provide low stats....
Hey guys. I want your thoughts on this.
Item cost 3000 gold.
20% cdr Passive: Channeling spells and damage over time spell damage end 33% quicker while doing full damage.
For example, if Lucian ult did 3000 damage over 3 seconds, it will now do it over 2 seconds. The draw back to this item is it provides no ap/ad. Hence the rest of his kit will not benefit from this item. Only his ult and the delay on his Q.
Would this be op? it would be a great hybrid item as it works with anyone who has dot or channeled abilities.
Other examples would be...
Q and W would end quicker but do the damage faster.
ult end quicker but do the damage faster.
ult
passive would go off quicker.
ult damage per second would increase
Ult blink and duration quicker plus damage faster.
Ult channeling quicker
Q ult and aura would benefit.

faster ult
faster ult
faster ult and dot spell
faster ult
Now remember, this item give no AD/AP, so while some abilities get massive buffs, the overall damage of the entire kit is lower as not all abilities in a champ kit will benefit.
