Deathfire Touch Nerfed for DoT
A suggestion I have would be to prevent DFT from being able to re-apply from the same spell more than once or twice. (Or in brands case, his passive)
It might sound a little silly I guess but it would put DoT in check while not ruining the mastery for other AP champions that might want to go down the Ferocity tree.
