Why does it cost 9430 IP just to buy the runes for 10% flat CDR
Seriously, why are some runes massively costly and others are barely anything? Just make all runes 200 IP or free.

deadlychuck1 votesBecause CDR use to be a premium stat almost exclusive for AP items, and now it's a stat which is just thrown into every category of items (Physical, Magic, Defense, Support, Exc), so it seems weird from the present day design.
