Blitz hasnt been properly touched by the balance team since 6.13 And it deserves a talk

We're talking a champion that is pretty unique and played at all levels as well, if there are talks that need to be had on balance i think we start here.

The amount of game change that has occurred, especially in his role since 6.13 is absolutely staggering and he still seems pretty well of now. So I want to know your thoughts on the matter!!!

Because he is what is supposed to be

If you are good at him and play well the game, you win lane and get rewarded

If you arent good at him and play bad the game, you lose lane and you are a bit useless

You can win a lost game with a good grab or lose it with a wrong one. Not stupid dashes while stuning while healing urself while doing damage in area
