I main a relatively weak laner who has no mobility and below average damage which is made up for by an ult that lets me go wherever I want.

Obviously the mr glyphs and armor seals were ESSENTIAL to getting me through laning phase.

But you took that away from me, and gave me.

13 hp.

How stupid do you guys have to be to think this adds up? You've made my main utterly useless. I'm taking probably 20% more damage in lane than I did yesterday. No Tlords means I have no trading ability as a TF but I get a new rune that you showcase on TF that... heals me for 8 hp at level 1? 5 IF I USE IT ON A MINION.

Unreal.

Well, to be fair... it's not like the other person has anything you don't.

I'm not generally looking to trade in lane so the loss of stats impacts me infinitely more than it will them.

Well the meta is obviously going to change with this kind of rework. It's just what happens. And if you don't trade in lane, what do you do? Just let the enemy farm casually?

TF is not really a weak laner, you just need to pick your engagements well, focusing on clearing early, because your power shines when you get powerspikes and ganking lanes.

Dark harvest is REALLY GOOD on every sheen champion. Honestly if youre not running dark harvest with a sheen champ and playing the farm game, youre playing wrong...

http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/preseason-update/8400-8437?build=30201223 Maybe this would help you a bit, since you may be able to get more procs out for this in the same time frame. but since you said that you do not want to trade, perhaps you should just get futures market and gathering storm and sit there and chill. Font of life will give you additional healing too if you Just stun them before hand, or buy a frozen mallet.
