I still dont think draven is in the right place

His passive is really irrelevant. It doesnt help you win games. It helps you dominate them. Thats not something you need as draven. Maybe if you started out with 250 stacks it would actually be worth, but the truth is that every champion needs a kill lvl 4 to really carry a game and dravens passive means very little in that situation.

U might argue, but If you dont get a kill that early, then you cant carry the entire game. U can carry, sure, but you wont have carried the ENTIRE game without that early lane advantage. Getting your first kill lvl 10 isnt the same.

Dravens passive is one of the worst in the game. Its not healthy, or fun, or useful. He also has lower range than other immobile adc's. Idk man. He is a great champion but he needs changes.
