Can somone plz explain to me what adaptive force and adaptive ap/ad are?

Adaptive force means whatever you build more of it turns into/ or does damage in that form you have ashe with ad item then adaptive force turns into ad if you are fizz and have ap items your adaptive force turns into ap so 10 adaptive force is 6 ad or 10 ap(I think this is the correct ratio)

I have a better question for you (If you could be so kinda as to find this out for me)

Does 6 AD = 10 AP or does it scale off of different percentages (In Yuumi's case) Where adaptive force that is being planted by her W? I'd like to know this so i can find out some things about her W.

I do not know how Yummi does it, but if her passive on the ability says it gives adaptive the ratio will be 1.0 for ap and .6 for ad. If I recall correctly and they have not changed it.
