Could Dark Harvest scale with AD/AP?

Even if it's something like 0.05 AD? I'm thinking about a champion like Jhin, who doesn't really have anything too special to use as a keystone.

Sure, everyone will use Comet. Lethal Tempo sounds great on him, too. But if Dark Harvest scaled with the AD he could utilise, it would actually be a really fun mechanic to run to your victims's corpses in order to deal a massive amount of damage to your next victim. He'd be like Draven 2.0!

Dark Harvent already has both AD and AP scaling... it's 0.15 bonus AD...

Btw it's already OP asf I just finished playing a PBE game where every single person on the enemy team had Dark Harvest. Expect it to get nerfed quite a bit once it hits live.

Not per soul, though. It's fixed at those ratios no mater how many souls you have. That's what I'm tryna say. They should just rework Dark Harvest in its entirety to make it scale with AD/AP in a balanced way.
