Please let us mute pings for ONE player
Our bot lane was a duo and they were 2nd and 5th picks in champion select. They demanded to be together at bot and harassed us on our picks and bans in champion select. The remaining 3 of us muted them, however, our top lane decided to hurl 2 more insults before muting in game. Our bot did not know me (jungle) and mid had muted because we did not type, "Muted", however top did, so for the rest of the game, our bot spam pinged our top and it was really annoying.
In the scoreboard where we can mute players, we need to have 2 options: Mute Chat, and mute pings. By that I mean ONE player's pings. Turning off ping volume leads to us missing out on useful signals from remaining teammates. I know Riot stopped us from muting a player's pings because pings were good for communication, but if a player is constantly spamming fall back for no reason, why should we continue to hear it? Or why should we mute our ping volume and miss useful signals from other teammates?
